Position:  AC Service Coordinator ( Technical Supervisor )

Salary: 18k -  After confirmation 25k  ( 6 Months Probation Period )

Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering ( RAC, Mechanical) OR B.sc in Engineering (EEE, ME)

Responsibilities: 

• Assign air conditioning installation/maintenance work to existing contractors
• Coordinates air conditioning installation work and sales teams to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Maintaining AC Purchases, Sales, Installations, and Maintenance Daily Excel spreadsheets
• Work with AC and sales teams to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Experience: 

• At least 1 year
• Applicants must have experience in the following areas: Electrical and Mechanical Engineering

Additional Summary: 

• Ages 22 to 40

• Familiarity with the local AC market, including market needs, different AC-type price points, and installation materials.
• CAD software is operational.
• Familiar with working principles, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and VRF air conditioning systems, capable of independently completing AC project organization, task organization, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Good networking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in intentionally stressful situations.
• Ability to work outdoors in stressful work environments.
• Results-oriented teamwork.
• A positive, independent, hardworking, honest, and responsible person.
• Service work is not time-bound office work, but it should be remembered that unforeseen mechanical failures or other emergencies may require immediate attention, even after hours. there is.
• Experienced in managing HVAC and VRF air conditioning projects.
• Good time management skills. Completes assigned tasks on time with satisfactory results.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written (very important)
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with a positive approach are essential.
